Process Specialist – Banking


Promote and support continuous improvement programmes, identifying and proposing actions to improve efficiency, productivity, product and service quality.Participate in the carrying out of initial diagnosis sessions and in the analysis of the documentation of the processes under analysis; Analyse and map processes supported by process mining technology.Work together with Process and Project Engineering in the development of improvements to increase business competitiveness; Carry out the collection and analysis of best market practices; Prepare business cases with next best actions supported by leading process mining technology.

Main requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role;
  • Relevant experience as process specialist preferably in Banking projects in client facing positions;
  • English fluency;


Under graduation or Master in Computer Science, Engineering or similar course (optional in case of proven solid experience in the role required).

Personal skills

  • Always up to date with current and future technology trends;
  • Training and coaching skills;
  • Interacting with a multidisciplinary team including analysts, technical team and managers;
  • Communication skills in English;

Technical skills

  • BPM, RPA, Process Mining and Automation tools
  • Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence;
  • Experience using Agile methodologies (specially as SCRUM Master or Product Owner).
